IBTU launched the largest community-led disaster response in Los Angeles nonprofit history. Phase 1 activated within 72 hours across 87+ locations. Phase 2 built the permanent Relief Resource Hub at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza. Phase 3 is converting the Hub into an all-crisis community center.
